Absolute Beginning Adult Ballet

Based on traditional ballet technique class; recommended for those who've never had ballet previously OR who want to go at a slower pace; 45 minutes of barre work, stretching, and conditioning PLUS 15 minutes of centre work; Dancers can expect increased flexibility, strengthened core & overall sense of well-being!

Ages 18-99, you must register for each class whether you have a punchpass OR a monthly membership. Please check the class calendar, as Denton Dance Conservatory follows the Denton ISD school year. RECURRING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE THRU MAY 15TH ONLY. Our classes end the week of June 10th and then our SUMMER SESSION BEGINS JUNE 17TH. Punchpasses NEVER EXPIRE, but monthly memberships HAVE to coincide with our school year/summer sessions.
