Learn the basics of modern & contemporary dance including various styles of contemporary and modern, along with a modern based warm up, across the floor combinations, and choreography. Great for inspiring creativity, releasing stress, and becoming more comfortable moving!
Ages 18-99, you must register for each class whether you have a punchpass OR a monthly membership. Punchpasses NEVER EXPIRE, but monthly memberships HAVE to coincide with our school year/summer sessions.
