Flex & Flow Fusion
Elevate your fitness with Flex & Flow Fusion, a dynamic conditioning class designed to strengthen, sculpt, and energize your body. This one-hour session seamlessly combines elements of Pilates, yoga, progressing ballet technique (PBT), weights, and cardio to provide a well-rounded workout.
Start with a gentle yoga-inspired warm-up to awaken your muscles and improve flexibility. Transition into targeted Pilates exercises and PBT-inspired movements to enhance core strength, posture, and balance. Incorporate light weights and resistance training for full-body toning, and add bursts of cardio to boost endurance and heart health. Conclude with a deep stretch to release tension and leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Ages 18-99, you must register for each class whether you have a punchpass OR a monthly membership. Please check the class calendar, as Denton Dance Conservatory follows the Denton ISD school year. RECURRING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE THRU MAY 14TH ONLY. Our classes end the week of June 2nd and then our SUMMER SESSION BEGINS JUNE 23rd. Punchpasses NEVER EXPIRE, but monthly memberships HAVE to coincide with our school year/summer sessions.
